Former pizza magnate and Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain has said and done some strange things over the past 12 months, but his newest web video may be his oddest offering yet.

The video shows a rabbit — described by a little girl as “small business” — being launched from a catapult (“the current tax code”) and being shot in midair by a bespectacled man (no explanation.)

“Any questions?” the girl asks before the video cuts to a closing shot of Cain staring across an empty valley. We at The National Memo can think of a few.
