On Wednesday, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testifies before the Senate Finance Committee. She will face harsh questions from both Republicans and Democrats over the Affordable Care Act’s troubled launch, and reports that “millions” of Americans will see their current policies cancelled because of the new healthcare law — despite President Barack Obama’s earlier promises to the contrary.
